Important Information (Please Read Fully)

Please ensure that you purchase the necessary filter media supplies and the appropriate amount of Pre Mixed RODI water Prior To this service. For instance, if you have a 20-gallon Aquarium and require a 50% water change, you will need to purchase 10 gallons of Pre Mixed /RODI water. We Use Two Little Fishies AccuraSea Salt In Our Pre Mix 

Filter Media Supplies And Pre Mixed /Rodi Water Can Be Purchased On Our Website 

If You Do Not Purchase These Materials Prior To The Date Of Service, We Will  Assume That You Are Providing Your Own Materials. 

If you plan on using your own filter media or Pre Mix /RODI water, you may disregard this notice.

Extended Service Rate

If the service extends beyond the Time Youve Requested. a flat rate of $50 per hour will apply for any additional time required, unless the extension is due to an error on our part.
